I was reading Spiderpaw’s blog and was delighted to see the amazing captures of animals in his shots 🙂
That reminded me of my cat 🙂 So I decided I would introduce him to you just because I love him and I haven’t shared this with you. In this blog I’ve always posted my most cherised moments and things I love to do and it came to me that up until then I haven’t showed you one of the souls I love most, and that is Cezar (my cat’s name :))
Hope you’ll love him as much as I do!!!
For the last 2 days I’ve been sitting at home ill 😦 It really sucks and the fact that I’m in pain doesn’t help much 😦 I’ve tried doing my DIY projects but didn’t succeed (bad luck in here as well).
So today I decided I’ll simply make a very quick post with some of my older projects and let you enjoy the photos and make up your mind if you like it or not.
One thing I know for sure is that I love my family and relatives a lot and I’m sure all of you feel the same. So when it comes to making them happy I’m game!
Yesterday I remembered my aunt’s birthday is coming soon and I need to buy a present. Jeez, that’s a big task ahead I thought. She’s very hard to please when it comes to presents and surprises. Looking for a gift for her is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, it’s always the pressure of finding the right colours, size, texture. It’s almost like your life depended on that little detail from the purse you bought or scarf you chose. So you can imagine how I felt when I realised that this looong and painful process was gonna consume me for the next two weeks!
And then I remembered my aunt visiting us this week and seeing my DIY jewellery projects. She was delighted, to say the least. At the time I didn’t really pay much attention but it came to me that I could probably make her a gift myself. And when you start to think of it, a handmade jewellery is the perfect present you could give someone. This way I could forget about all of the pressure. I could do smth that comprises her likes in terms of color, style and it would probably be a very useful accessory in her wardrobe.
So I started to play with color matching, got caught up in the process and actually came up with 3 different jewellery ideas (I even named them :D) I decided I was gonna let my aunt choose the one she liked best and this way all of my concerns would vanish.
I’m pretty happy with the results and hope you like it as well 🙂
Today I decided I would share with you another of my DIY Necklaces 😀 I’ve done quiet a few these last two weeks, so just bare with me until I show you all of them 😀
This one is a rather special necklace, it took a long time to make and also a lot of effort, but I made it for my mother, which gave me the inspiration needed to complete the project. I decided to name it The Black Pearl because of the personality it has and the richness it brings to any outfit. I think it’s perfect for a night out with maybe a simple chic black dress. It just stands out on it’s own 🙂
Hope you enjoy it!
Yesterday was a difficult day but full of good surprises!
We went outside and took some photos and had loads of fun. I really loved every second and I hope I get the chance to go out some more before uni starts 🙂
Hope you enjoy the result of yesterday’s work 🙂
Rocking the Emerald heart necklace today!
Just a preview of tomorrows post 🙂
