On the way…

Since it’s summer and I finally have some free time I decided to spend it learning some new architecture related programs and widen my knowledge in this field I have chosen. I’m really happy how it’s all going and I promise some new projects coming up soon, but today’s post is gonna be photography related once more 😀

Yesterday we went outside and thought it might be a great idea to take some photos, have fun and forget a bit about work (even though I kinda feel guilty somewhat :D). Anyway, it turned out an amazing idea, we had loads of fun and I got a huge dose of inspiration to help me in my upcoming project, which I think is super!

So I guessed it would be interesting for you to watch the result as well, therefore I’m sharing my photos with all of you out there! 🙂

Architecture vs Photography

Today I decided to share another passion of mine (fairly recent actually). As I said before, I’m a romantic and artistic person and therefore I love everything related to art, including photography. For this new obssesion of mine I have to thank one of my amazing friends who inspired me with her genuine love for photos and her great sense of balance in every single shot she takes!

I love taking photos, experimenting and even making mistakes sometimes, because it’s all part of this great process of finding yourself through photography.

Unfortunately, I’m at uni most of the time and even when I have some spare moments I have to work on my projects and that basically takes up more than I would want it to. Even so I try to dedicate a few hours when possible to take some photos and discover new, interesting and fun sides of photography. Basically I try as much as possible to balance architecture and photography, because at some level they are related.

So in this post I just want to introduce myself to you through my new hobby and hope you’ll like it 🙂

How to add a modern twist to your home

For a while now I have been searching for some great ideas to give a colourful, modern and fun pop to my room, but all I have stumbled across just didn’t seem to click with my personality and desires. I’m more a romantic with an edge kind of person and that shows up in every aspect of my life, especially when it comes to art and design.

So in my frantic search for some crazy but yet soft design idea I stumbled across a totally new, very edgy designer, who blew me out of the water and inspired me big time, giving me new start lines in my desire to decorate my room.

I’m going to let you all see if you like this innovative idea and maybe want to try it in your homes, who knows 🙂

If you love everything that screams modern, colours and design, you’re gonna love this too! So enjoy!

ImageIt’s a very easy and affordable design idea, plus you can play with different images and colours that you like.

It’s a definitely “Do It Yourself” kind of idea that anyone can implement and enjoy the after effect of it on your guests!

Architecture First…

First project at uni was as hard as I could imagine and even worse. I then realised that maybe architecture doesn’t really mean pretty little drawings and steady painter hands, but it involves commitment and LOADS OF HARD WORK.

Even now, when I remember it I shudder: a whole week going crazy just to get that project in time to my lecturers, no time for proper sleeping or eating. Of course now I see things differently 😀

This is why I decided to start this blog and  share my architecture experiences with everyone out there who likes it, are in this domain or simply love the beauty of it and want to know more about it.
